Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is a Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known to television viewers for her role in Superstore as Dina Fox. She is also a graduate of both Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is a member of the comedy sketch duo "Cory!" She has been a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006, and was also awarded for the Best Female Performance - Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 she was awarded the award for Best Female Performance in a Feature Film for her role as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She also appeared in the"prank" show "Scare Techniques". Lauren hosts her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" with Christy Oxborrow.
